o 1 1/4 cup sugar
o 1/2 cup butter
o 2 eggs
o 2 1/4 cup flour
o 1 tablespoon baking powder
o 1 teaspoon salt
o 3/4 cup milk
o 1/4 cup water
o 2 cups blueberries
o 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, cubed
o 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
o Topping
o 1/4 cup sugar
o 1/4 cup flour
o 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
o 2 tablespoons butter




Recipe



Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately wth milk and water. Toss blueberries in remaining flour: fold into batter with cream cheese and rind. Pour into greased and floured 9x13inch baking pan.
For the topping: Combine sugar, flour and rind; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
