Blueberry Pecan Glazed Chicken

Yield: 4 servings
4 bone in, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce:
1 Tbsp diced onion
1/4 tsp fresh garlic
1 Tbsp butter
1-1/2 cups blueberries
1 Tbsp maple syrup (not maple flavored syrup)
1 Tbsp chopped pecans
1/4 tsp cider vinegar
pinch salt and pepper pinch
Recipe
� Preheat barbecue on medium heat.
� Grill chicken breasts, bone side down, for about 14 minutes.
� Turn chicken and continue grilling until a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 170 � F (77�C) (about 10-14 minutes).
� Saut� onion and garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
� Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
� Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and serve immediately.
