    Butterscotch Cake

    List of Ingredients





    1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix

    1 small box of Jello cook n serve butterscotch pudding

    4 eggs

    2/3 c. canola or veg. oil

    3/4 c. water




    Topping:

    1/2 c. sugar

    1 T. baking cocoa powder

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Mix well in a separate bowl.

    1 cup walnuts,halves and pieces (to be added later)



    Recipe



    Cake:
    Blend all the above ingredients with an electric mixer for exactly 10 mins. Set the cake batter aside.



    Topping:
    Blend ingredients for topping

    Pour 1 1/2 c. of cake batter onto a greased and floured bundtpan or tube pan.

    Sprinkle 1/2 of the topping mix and swirl by using a knife.

    Finish off the other half or the rest of the batter and sprinkle the rest of the topping mix and swirl it again then scatter the walnuts on top and bake at 350 degrees for 50mins or untill toothpick inserted comes out clean.
