    3 1/2 Tblsp flour

    3 Tblsp butter

    1 1/2 c milk

    3 eggs

    pinch of salt

    vanilla to taste (I use 1 1/2 tsp)

    Butterscotch Pudding





    1 1/2 c brown sugar

    3 1/2 Tblsp flour

    3 Tblsp butter

    1 1/2 c milk

    3 eggs

    pinch of salt

    vanilla to taste (I use 1 1/2 tsp)



    Mix and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
