    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) pumpkin
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    Confectioners' sugar glaze (opt.)

    Recipe




    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices, and sugar. Set aside.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add pumpkin, vegetable oil and cereal; mix well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients mixing only until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Spread evenly in greased 10"x4" tube pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool completely before removing from pan. Yield: 16 servings.
