    Chocolate Crunch Brownies
    From Country Woman magazine

    List of Ingredients





    1 cup butter or margarine, softened
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    6 T. baking cocoa
    1 cup all purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 jar of marshmallow cream
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    2 cups chocolate chips
    3 cups of Rice Crispies cereal

    In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar; add eggs..
    Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt.
    Spread into a greased 13x9x2 pan.
    Bake at 350 F. for 25 min. or till done. Cool.
    Spread marshmallow cream over the cooled brownies.
    In a small saucepan melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat, stir in the cereal.
    Spread over marshmallow layer.
    Chill before cutting.
