Mmmmm..... chocolate!!!


List of Ingredients




3 1/2 c (24 oz) chocolate chips
6 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3 c powdered sugar
2 tbsp evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c walnuts or pecans

Recipe



Using foil, line a 9 x 13 pan.
In the top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla till mixed.
Add melted chocolate chips and mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Press fudge into prepared pan; pat smooth then refrigerate until set.
Remove candy from pan and peel off the foil.
Place on a cutting board and cut into squares.
