Chocolate Mint cookies

sweet chocolate chips.
6 tbsp flour.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
3/4 cup sugar.
2 lg eggs.
2 tbsp light corn syrup.
1/2 tsp peppermint extract.
Recipe
Heat oven to 350.
Line baking sheets w/ parchment paper.
Place 1-1/4 cups chocolate chips in glass bowl, microwave on med-high until melted, stirring often.
Cool 15 min.
In small bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
In lg bowl, w/ mixer on medium speed, beat sugar, eggs, corn syrup and extract until thick.
Gradually beat in melted chocolate.
Then beat in flour mix.
Stir in remaining chocolate chips.
Freeze for 10 min.
Drop heaping tbsp of batter onto cookie sheets 3" apart.
Bake about 15 min, or until cookies are cracked on top and softly set.
