    Coconut and Pecan Frosting

    1c. evaporated milk
    1c. granulated sugar
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1/2c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3c. Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
    1c. chopped pecans

    Recipe




    Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and then coconut and pecans. Cool until spreading consistency, beating occasionally.
