Cream Cheese Cookies
(In memory of Aunt Kit)




List of Ingredients





1 c. butter
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
.
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
.
2 c. flour
.
1/2 c toasted coconut, opt
walnut halves, opt


Recipe





Cream: butter, cream cheese, sugar, salt & vanilla

Add and then beat well egg & milk

Add flour

Stir in ½ c. toasted coconut if desired
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased sheet. Top with a walnut half if desired.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.
