    We love crab and spinach so this is one we will love!

    List of Ingredients




    1 deep dish pie shell, 9-inch
    5 1/2 oz can crabmeat, drained and flaked
    4 oz shredded Swiss cheese (1 c)
    1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
    3 tbsp flour
    1 1/2 c milk
    5 eggs
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

    Recipe



    Preheat oven and a cookie sheet to 425.
    Toss together the cheese and flour. Set aside.
    Combine milk, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well.
    Add crab, flour/cheese mixture and drained spinach to milk mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Place on preheated cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 30 to 35 more minutes.
    Six servings.

    Note - if preferred, used 2 regular pie shells.
    Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350a nd bake for an additional 25 minutes.
