Easter Egg Bourbon Pecan Filling

1 cup broken pecans
1/3 cup bourbon or brandy
1 stick real butter
1 pound confectioners sugar
Recipe
Soak pecans in bourbon or brandy for 2 to 3 days.
Cut the butter into confectioners sugar to the consistency of coarse meal.
Add pecan-bourbon mixture and mix well.
Chill mixture about 1 hour before shaping or filling chocolate-lined molds.
Semi-sweet chocolate is best for coating this delicious filling!
