    3 eggs
    1 large tsp. salt
    ½ cup sugar
    1 cup warm water
    1 package yeast
    4 ½ cups flour
    Butter

    Recipe



    Dissolve yeast in water. Beat eggs.
    Add salt, sugar, and yeast mixture.
    Beat flour in.
    Let rise 4 hours. Place in well covered bowl in fridge over night.
    Take ¼ of the dough and roll in a pie shape.
    Cut into 12 wedges. Starting from the large side, roll inwards.
    Melt a few tablespoons of butter.
    Dip roll in but.
    Let rolls rise in warm place for 4 hours.
    Bake at 450° for 7-12 minutes.
    The dough will keep in the fridge for 10 days.
