Easy Processor Noodles

Ingredients:
Put the following into the processor bowl fitted with metal blade.
2 eggs
1 Tbs oil
2 Tbs Water
Pulse twice



Recipe




Add
1 Cup flour
Run 5 seconds
Add 2nd cup flour
Run 10 seconds, mix will be crumbly
Remove from bowl,press into two balls, wrap with plastic wrap. Allow to rest at least 45 minutes. Roll out into sheets, either by hand or machine. Allow sheets to dry slightly. Cut into noodles.
