Ham and Egg Quiche

If you like quiche, this one looks yummy!
List of Ingredients
1 baked deep dish pie crust (9 inch)
1/2 lb ground ham
4 hard cooked eggs, cut up into small pieces
1 c (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c light cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Recipe
Preheat to 350.
Sprinkle hard cooked eggs in the bottom of the pie crust.
Top with ground ham and both cheeses.
Combine the beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Pour over filling.
Place on preheated cookie sheet until mixture is set, about 35 minutes.
Let stand before serving.
Substitutions:
1/2 lb cooked pork sausage may be used in place of ground ham
