Heirloom Tomato Tart

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 tbsp basil pesto
2 heirloom tomatoes
goat cheese
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil to drizzleRecipe
Cut thawed puff pastry into 4 4-inch squares. Poke holes in the center of the dough with a fork, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the outer edge.
Spread 1 tbsp pesto on center of each square
Cut tomatoes into slices then cut slices in half and arrange on top of squares
Crumble fresh goat cheese on eac and season with salt and pepper
Drizzle with olive oil
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden
