    1/2 c aged white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c chopped shallot
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
    1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp olive oil

    Recipe



    In a bowl, whisk the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add salt and keep whisking until the salt is dissolved.

    Whisk in shallot, honey, basil, thyme, garlic and pepper.

    While whisking, gradually add olive oil.

    Continue whisking until the ingredients have emulsified and thickened.

    Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.

    May be refrigerated in a lidded bottle or jar for up to 5 days. If chilled, let is stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

    Use as a dressing for salad, adding small amounts at serving time.
    Or marinate meat in a large resealable bag - discard when drained from meat.
