List of Ingredients




Schlotzky's bread

1/2c warm water (110 degrees)
1tbls. sugar
21/4tsp yeast
1/4tsp b. soda
11/2tsps. warm water
3/4c warm mlik
1tsp salt
21/2c bread flour
2tbls. cornmeal


Recipe




1. In a small bowl stir together the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir to dissolve and set aside.
2. In a large bowl dissolve b. soda with the 11/2 tsps.warm water. Add warm milk, salt, and 1c of flour. Beat with a wire wisk until smooth. Beat in yeast mixture and remaining flour.
3.Prepare 2 pie pans with nonstick spray. Dust pans with cornmeal. Place 1/2 dough in each pie pan. Spray top of dough with non stick spray. Cover and let rise for an hour.
4. Repeat, and spray again. Bake @375 for 20 min
