    2 packages (10 ounces) frozen cut green beans
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen cauliflower
    1/4 cup fat free Italian dressing
    1 jar (2 ounces) sliced pimiento (drained)

    Recipe



    Following the directions on each pacakge, cook the green beans and the cauliflower.
    Drain well.
    Combine vegetables, salad dressing and pimiento in a large bowl.
    Gently toss to coat well.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, if desired.
