Million Dollar Fudge

4 1/2 c sugar
1 lg can evaporated milk
2 sticks (1 c) butter
18 oz chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c broken nuts

Recipe



Bring sugar and milk to a boil in saucepan, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes after it starts boiling.
Add boiling sugar mixture to the chocolate chips and butter; beat quickly until smooth and creamy.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour onto wax paper or an 8 x 12 pan sprayed with veggie spray.
Cut into squares.
Makes 5 pounds.
