Microwave Brownies

List of Ingredients






2 eggs
1/4 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. nuts




Recipe





Grease an 8" x 8" x 2" glass baking dish and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl put all ingredients except chocolate chips and nuts.
Mix with an electric mixer.
The batter will be thick.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
Microwave on high 5 minutes.
A toothpick comes out clean.
