Peaches N Cream Pie
3/4 c Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Butter, softened
3 oz box Vanilla Pudding ( Non Instant )
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c Milk

1 Pound canned peach slices, drained and juice Reserved
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
___________________________________________________
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar

Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine first 7 ingredents in a med. size bowl and beat 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
Pour into buttered 9 inch pie plate.
Arrange sliced peaches over batter.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3Tbsp. of the peach juice in a mixing bowl.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour over peaches and smooth out to cover pie, leaving 1/2 inch around edge.
Combine 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. of cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle over top.
Bake 35 minutes until golden
