Pizza Diugh......Deborah this is T&T over many years, usually make it in our Cuisinart, but you can use your Kitchen Aid.
3 cups flour (any combination you want)
3 T. olive oil
1/2 to 1 t. salt or to taste
1 pkg.yeast (or equivalent of bulk yeast)
non-chlorinated water to make a soft dough
Recipe
We toss it in the machine, let it knead for a bit. If you want a thick dough, roll it out right away, top and bake. If you want a thinner, more crisp dough, let it rise once, deflate, roll it out, then top.
This dough can be used for pizza, calzones, and makes great foccacia if you make a more slack dough (more water) and add all the stuff you want.
