Recipe Introduction




Chocolate mousse with a new twist--this version is made with ricotta cheese. For a lighter version, use Splenda instead of sugar.

Servings: 6 to 12



List of Ingredients




3 lb Skim Mild Ricotta
6 Tbsp Sugar or Splenda
6 Tbsp Skim Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
6 oz Dark Chocolate




Recipe





Grate chocolate in food processor and add rest of ingredients to blend.

Sprinkle cinnamon lightly on top.
