Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

1 butter recipe golden cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. water
½ c. butter, room temp.
1 ½ c.chopped leftover pumpkin pie, about 2 slices
¼ c. sour cream
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon
Recipe
On medium-low speed, beat cake mix, water, eggs, butter, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon until just combined.
On medium-high speed, beat until smooth and thickened, 2-3 minutes.
On low speed, beat in pie pieces until combined but chunky.
Divide among 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until pick inserted into centers comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Transfer from pans to racks; cool completely.
I put a glaze over the top, but it would be good with a cream cheese frosting.
