    1 qt of milk

    1/2 c rice

    1/2 c sugar

    1 c raisins

    optional: orange peel boiled with rice, then removed


    Recipe





    Bring to a boil then simmer 45 minutes



    Beat two eggs, add cup of milk then stir into the rice and continue to cook 10-15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
