List of Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
1/2 c green pepper. chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
3 c cooked rice
1 lb cooked seafood (crfab, shrimp, lobste, scallops, and/or whitefish)
celery salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 c buttered bread crumbs
1/4 c bacon bitsRecipe
Preheat to 300.
Melt butter in skillet then saute the green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
Add remaining ingredients.
mix well; pour into greased baking dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs and bacon bits.
Bake until hot. (no baking time given in recipe)
8 to 10 servings
