    List of Ingredients





    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    1/4 C chopped sweet onion
    1/2 C whole milk
    8 oz cream cheese
    4 oz sliced sautéed mushrooms, drained
    1/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    3 oz smoked turkey, chopped medium
    1 baguette, cut in slices, on the diagonal
    As needed assorted vegetables, steamed as necessary




    Recipe



    In a saute pan, heat butter, then add onion and saute.
    Turn heat to low.
    Add milk and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is melted.
    Add sauteed mushrooms, Parmesan, parsley and chopped smoked turkey.
    Continue to heat until bubbly.
    Pour into a fondue pot.
    Serve warm with assorted vegetables and slices of French bread.
