Sweet and Sour Jello Salad

List of Ingredients




1 small pkg lemon jello
1 1/2 c boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple
mini marshmallows
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 pint whipping cream
shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe



Combine lemon jello with boiling water
add pineapple and top with enough mini marshmallows to cover jello.
Push down with spoon then let set up.

Cook egg yolks, sugar, vinegar; let cool.
Whip whipping cream, fold into cooled egg mixture then spread over jello.

top with shredded cheese.
