List of Ingredients
4 1/2 tsp Butter
4 1/2 tsp. flour
1 can (14 1/2 oz ) chicken broth
1 c chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 c shredded swiss cheese
Recipe
In a suucepan, melt butter; whisking flour until
smooth.
Gradually add chicken broth.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thicken
Add the broccoli and onion; cook and stir until crisp tender.
Add the ham, cream and thyme; heat through.
Stir in the swiss cheese until melted.
yields 2 servings
