Tomato and Watermelon Salad

1 c loose packed wild arugula
20 cherry sized tomatoes
1 small seedless yellow watermelon
2 oz balsamic vinegar
1 oz extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Wash arugual and toamtoes.
Cut rind from watermelon and use a melon baller to make about 20 balls
Combine these ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Season as desired with salt and pepper.
