Turkey Spinach and Apple Wrap

1 tbsp reduced fat mayo
2 tsp honey mustard
2 whole wheat lavash wraps or flour tortillas
2 c washed and dried baby spinach or leafy green lettuce
4 thin slices turkey breast (4 oz)
1/4 Granny Smith apple, sliced paper thinRecipe
Combine mayo and mustard.
Lay out wraps and spread with mixture.
Add greens and turkey; top with apples
Fold and roll.
wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
