    Vanilla bean cupcakes
    2 1/4 cup cake flour
    1T. Baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/4 cups whole milk, room temp
    4 large egg whites, room temp
    1 stick butter, room temp
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    Seeds scraped from one vanilla bean
    2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

    Ok, so I stirred the dry ingredients together.
    Creamed the sugar and butter, then added the egg whites and vanilla seeds and extract.
    Then, starting and ending with the milk, I alternately added the milk and the flour mixture to the creamed mixture.
    I baked them in cupcake pan at 350* for about 22 minutes.
    They turned out great!
