Whipped Cream Cup Cakes

2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease cupcake tin.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour mixture, little at a time, until all is blended.
Fold in whipped cream.
Fill cupcake tin
and bake approximately 20 minutes.
Cool.
Makes 12 cupcakes
