    Broccoli Sunny Shores

    List of Ingredients




    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp sesame seed, toasted

    Recipe



    Cut broccoli lengthwise into uniform spears.
    Halve spears crosswise.
    Cook in one inch of boiling water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain and chill.

    Combine liquid ingredients in a jar with a screw lid.
    Shake, mixing thoroughly.
    Sprinkle over chilled broccoli and toss gently.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
