    BUFFALO POTATO WEDGES

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
    • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    • 3 teaspoons red pepper sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 4 meduim patatoes-unpeeled


    Instructions


    1. Heat coals or gas grill
    2. Mix butter, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in shallow dish
    3. Cut each potao lengthwise inot 4 wedges, pat dry with paper towel
    4. Dip potato wedgesinot butter mixture, reserve any remaining butter mixture
    5. Cover and grill potatoes 4 to 6 inches from meduim heat 25 to 35 minutes
    6. brushing occasionally with butter mixture and turning once or twice until tender.
    7. Serve with blue cheese dressing if desired.
    8. Makes a serving for 4
