    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 stick margarine
    • 1 cup self-rising flour
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup cocoa
    • 1 1/2 boiling water


    Instructions


    1. Melt margarine in a 13x9 cake pan in a 350 oven.
    2. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa, milk and vanilla in a small mixing bowl.
    3. Spoon this batter over melted margarine.
    4. DO NOT MIX IT INTO THE MARGARINE.
    5. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa together.
    6. Sprinkle over the batter
    7. Pour boiling water on top.
    8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
    9. this is best served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top
