    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoon butter (no substitutes) divided
    • 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 carton (12oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
    • 1 cup (8oz) sour cream
    • 1 package (3.9oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
    • 1 square (1oz) semisweet chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Melt 1/2 cup butter.
    2. In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar.
    3. Press onto the bottom and 1 1/2 in. up the sides of the greased 9 inch springfrom pan; refrigerate.
    4. In a mixing bowl, beat the whipped topping, sour cream and pudding mix until blended.
    5. Spread half over crust.
    6. Arrange strawberries over the top.
    7. Spread with remaining filling
    8. In microwave, melt chocolate and remaining butter, stir until smooth.
    9. Cool to room temperature.
    10. Drizzle over filling.
    11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
    12. YIELD: 10-12 SERVINGS
