List of Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Bring water and sugar to boil and stir while boiling over meduim heat or till 230 degrees on candy thermometer or until able to spin a thread.
- Remove from heat
- Add pecans, salt and vanilla.
- pur onto foil and let cook
- Break into pieces
