List of Ingredients
- 5 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 ham steaks or 3 or 4 small ham slices
- 8 breakfast sausage links( I buy a box of frozen ones)
- salt and pepper
- Cajun seasoning or anything a bit spicy
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- onions may also added
Instructions
- Fry up your potatoes and bacon in separate skillets.
- After you finish with the bacon, slice the sausage into bite sized pieces and toss in the bacon grease to warm up,
- also slice the ham into bite size pieces and add ham to the skillet with the sausage.
- Season the still cooking potatoes with salt, pepper and Cajun seasonings, to your taste.
- Break the cooked bacon into small pieces and add to the potatoes.
- Add sausage and ham in after they are warmed up.
- Add in the onion if you choose.
- When potatoes are cooked thru, transfer to a large baking dish,or pan.
- Cover with cheddar cheese and place in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
- Makes a serving for 6
