    List of Ingredients


    • 5 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
    • 1/2 pound bacon
    • 2 ham steaks or 3 or 4 small ham slices
    • 8 breakfast sausage links( I buy a box of frozen ones)
    • salt and pepper
    • Cajun seasoning or anything a bit spicy
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • onions may also added


    Instructions


    1. Fry up your potatoes and bacon in separate skillets.
    2. After you finish with the bacon, slice the sausage into bite sized pieces and toss in the bacon grease to warm up,
    3. also slice the ham into bite size pieces and add ham to the skillet with the sausage.
    4. Season the still cooking potatoes with salt, pepper and Cajun seasonings, to your taste.
    5. Break the cooked bacon into small pieces and add to the potatoes.
    6. Add sausage and ham in after they are warmed up.
    7. Add in the onion if you choose.
    8. When potatoes are cooked thru, transfer to a large baking dish,or pan.
    9. Cover with cheddar cheese and place in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
    10. Makes a serving for 6
