    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup butter
    • 1 cup evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
    • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
    • 25 Oreo cookies
    • 1/2 cup butter melted
    • 1 pint caramel sauce
    • 1 1/2 cups Spanish peanuts or dry roasted peanuts , crushed slightly


    Instructions


    1. Fudge Sauce: mix the butter, milk, chocolate chips and confectioner sugar in s dsuvrpsn.
    2. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly, add vanilla extract; let cool.
    3. Soften ice cream
    4. Crush cookies and mix with eht melted butter.
    5. Layer in a 9x13 pan as follows:
    6. First layer: Crushed Oreo's
    7. Second layer: Softened vanilla ice cream
    8. Third layer: peanuts
    9. Fourth layer: cooled fudge sauce
    10. Fifth layer: caramel sauce
    11. STORE IN FREEZER UNTIL READY TO SERVE
