List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 25 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 pint caramel sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Spanish peanuts or dry roasted peanuts , crushed slightly
Instructions
- Fudge Sauce: mix the butter, milk, chocolate chips and confectioner sugar in s dsuvrpsn.
- Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly, add vanilla extract; let cool.
- Soften ice cream
- Crush cookies and mix with eht melted butter.
- Layer in a 9x13 pan as follows:
- First layer: Crushed Oreo's
- Second layer: Softened vanilla ice cream
- Third layer: peanuts
- Fourth layer: cooled fudge sauce
- Fifth layer: caramel sauce
- STORE IN FREEZER UNTIL READY TO SERVE
