RAINBOW ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES

- 1 package Rich & Moist Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- TOPPING
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2/3 cups M&M's chocolate mini baking chips
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Grease bottom of 8x8 inch pan
- In large bowl, combne brownie mix , water, oil and eggs. Beat 50 strokes and spoon into pan.
- Bake for 31 - 35 minutes. Remove pan from oven.
- Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows, baking bits and peanuts, Drizzle with caramel topping.
- Bake additional 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows begin to puff.
- Cool completely.
- For ease in cutting use non-serrated knife dipped in water.
