MEXICAN CASSEROLE DINNER

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked long grain rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (4oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 3 medium tomatoes chopped ( 3 cups)
- 8 ounce (2 cups) cheddar cheese, shreddred
- 1 cup crushed corn chips
Instructions
- heat oven to 350
- Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet over meduim heat, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Drain off fat
- Stir in rice, soup, and taco seasoning mix. Spoon into ungreased 12x8 baking pan.
- Top with tomatoes, cheese and corn chips
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or util heated through
- Yield: 6 servings
