    Instructions


    1. Combine contents of one Vegetable/Seasoning packet from Stove Top Stuffing Mix for pork.
    2. 1 1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup butter in a bowl, stir until butter is melted.
    3. Stir in stuffing crumbs one pouch and 1 slightly beaten egg.
    4. Cut slit for outer edge to the bone of 6 pork chops to make a pocket.
    5. Stuff loosely with stuffing; about 3 tablespoons; secure with wooden picks.
    6. Brown on both sides in 1 tablespoon of butter in large skillet.
    7. Reduce heat; cover tightly and cook over low heat about 1 1/4 hours until pork is tender.
    8. Spoon remaining stuffing into center of skillet. Cover and heat about 15 minutes.
    9. Makes 6 chops.
