    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs ( 16 crackers)
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
    • 4-3oz soft cream cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 cup strawberries (thawed0


    Instructions


    1. Mix first four ingredients, until crumbly with a spoon, press to bottom and sides of greased 8x8x2 pan.
    2. Chill until firm.
    3. Beat cheese, eggs, and vanilla until very, very creamy.
    4. Pour into crust.
    5. Bake 35 minutes at 350
    6. Cool
    7. then top with a thin layer of fruit
