List of Ingredients



• 2 cups granulated sugar
  
• 1 cup Karo syrup (Red Label)
  
• 1/2 cup water
  
• 2 egg whites
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Combine syrup, water, salt and sugar
   
   
2. Bring to a boil 265 (hard ball stage)
   
   
3. Beat egg whites stiff.
   
   
4. Gradually beat in boiling syrup
   
   
5. Whip until it begains to stiffen
   
   
6. Add vanilla and nuts
   
   
7. Beat again and pour into slightly greased pan.
