    THE RECIPES IN THIS CATEAGORY WHERE MY MOTHER-IN-LAW'S AND WHEN SHE PASSED AWAY HER LITTLE TIN BOX THAT HELD HER RECIPES WAS GIVEN TO ME......SO THIS IS MY WAY OF HONORING HER............

    List of Ingredients




    CRUST: 1/2 pound of graham crackers rolled out
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    3 tablespoons melted butter

    combined and mix well, line the bottom of a pie plate
    save some for the top of the pie

    Recipe



    2 1/2 pounds of cottage cheese
    small can of crushed pineapple drained
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 tablespoons flour
    4 tablespoon milk
    mix well and put on top of crust
    BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS IN SLOW OVEN 325
