CHEESY SAUSAGE PENNE

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 package (1 pound) penne or meduim tube pasta
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup (8oz) sour cream
- 4 green onions sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the sauage and garlic over meduim heat until meant is no longer pink; drain
- Stir in spaghetti sauce; bring to boil, reduce heat and cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile , cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In small mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and sour cream and onions.
- In a greased shallow 3 quart baking dish, layer half of the pasta and sausage mixutre.
- Dollop with halp of the cream cheese mixture; sprinkle half of the cheese and repeat layers.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30- 35 minutes or until bubbly.
