BACK OF BOX OF RICE
List of Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 boneless chcken breast cut in half
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add chicken and cook until brown
- Remove chicken
- Add soup, water, paprika and pepper, heat to a boil.
- Stir rice and broccoli.
- Top with chicken and cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes longer or until done.
