List of Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast......cut in half
- 1 can cream mushroom-garlic soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
- Add chicken and cook 8 minutes or until brown. Pour off fat and set aside.
- Add soup and milk. Heat to boil return chicken to pan reduce to low and cover.
- Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Final Comments
WONDERFUL SERVED OVER RICE.
